What happened? We were raided by the same person 3 times within a hour and was told to make a refund request for my printer money

They were Supporter+ Printers I have the video of my printers before the raid but not after. Also I made the request with Mark before his got accepted because we were all in the same party when it happened. The admin said he would provide evidence for the refund request and just told us to make the request but seeing now still hasn't been looked at because of my delayed response.
