Which rule/rules was this player breaking? I don't know the exact rule but it has to do something with cooldown on adverts.
Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. He was a hobo mic spamming as usual and i was trying to talk to someone so i adverted back off three times but i don't think he saw till after he got killed. then he became terroist and targeted me with the bomb. well he completely missed me and died and didn't advert over. i went to the industrial side of the map and was watching some dude do a raid and semen came back like 30 seconds after he tried the first time and blew me and the raider up. then they adverted over even though they died.
Any other comments?
