I was fully at fault for the RDM warn, someone killed me so I got revenge, quickly realised why that was a mistake and haven't done it again.
I wasn't online when I got the Fail RP warn however, so I tried to appeal it but the admin that warned me said it was justified, so I didn't fight it any further, to my knowledge, these are the only warns I have, and they're each about a month old.
How much playtime do you have on the server? 6 days

Do you have a microphone and use it on a consistent basis? Yes
Do you have any prior experience staffing on other Garry's Mod servers within the past 4 years? No

What time of the day (for you) are you usually on? Typically 6pm - 12am
Why do you want to be a part of the AtomicRP Staff Team? I'd like to be a part of the staff team because I want to be able to help people in more ways than i can currently, as of now, I try to help new players learn how to build and make money ETC. but I'd like to be able to help with more than that, I'd like to be able to solve conflicts and strengthen the community, Atomic was the first server I ever played on, and since then, the only server I'm comfortable on due to the proper structure and the authority that the staff provides while not being so strict that you can't have fun.
Why should you be accepted onto the AtomicRP Staff Team? I should be accepted because, as previously mentioned, I already try to help where I can, and I'd be much more capable of helping if I were a staff member. Additionally, I should be accepted because I have strong leadership skills and enjoy helping my fellow community members. I'm good at helping others solve disputes/issues and I'd do my best to keep the server fun and fair for the people that have been playing for a while and keep it easy to operate and understand for those that are just joining us.
