What happened? Server crashed but didn't get a refund. Noob said it was a "networking issue" and to make a refund request. I lost a fully upgraded Supporter+ printer rack which had a half hours money on it. Collectiely that's about 2,455,000.

Please put any evidence to substantiate your claim here. Honestly none. I was basing with Siyyo for a while and was in a party with him. I money did go down and you can see in the logs that I was pulling money from my printers the last time I withdrew from them was about a half hour before server crashed.
