What happened? i was carrying my shelf thru the streets it had 10 emps 10 sticky emps and 10 famas shipments in it and as i was carrying it just disappeared out of thin air and all my stuff was gone

Sorry this happened to you, but we only refund for instances where the server crashes (on Atomic's end) or someone broke a rule against you. Be more careful about putting your racks in the street around fountain, or in the fountain area.​
