I was banned but it was overturned due to it being a false ban and nullified. Therefore I guess the answer is technically no?

I have read the Staff Handbook, the Sit Guidelines, the Punishment Guidelines, the Staff Commands List, the Staff Duties and Chain of Command and looked over the current Staff Roster to familiarize myself with my potential peers.

Approximately 6 years ago, I was an administrator on another Garry's Mod Server with 12,000 active members. I led a team of Moderators and supervised their daily actions, logging their hours and correcting their wrong-doings.
Have you received any recommendations to apply for staff from current AtomicRP Staff Members? (If so list them below)
Not that I am aware of.
If you answered yes to the previous question, do you have experience with SAM? AWarn3? BLogs?
I have experience with Admin Warn and Billy's Logs, however there have certainly been some updates but I hope it wont take long to get back up to speed.
Why do you want to be a part of the staff team?
I would like to join the staff team because I enjoy playing on the server and wish to do my part to make it great.
Why should you be accepted onto the staff team?
I should be accepted onto the staff team because I possess the traits that are looked for in an applicant. Integrity, Selflessness, Maturity, Discipline, Dedication, Accountability, Good Judgement and Experience. If chosen to become apart of the Atomic Networks DarkRP Staff Team, I pledge that I will uphold the values and traits that are required.
I have the integrity that is necessary to possess the position of staff. I will utilize the tools that are given to me for their purpose and not abuse them in order to help myself. There is no I in team. I will coordinate with others, humble myself and work with the other staff members to efficiently execute my duties. I will be mature at all times, no matter the situation, and be respectful to those around me. I will discipline and dedicate myself to the community in order to for the players and other staff members to be able to rely on me to carry out my duties. I will take accountability for my actions, reply to the ban appeals/forms and present evidence where necessary. I will use good judgement when making decisions as a staff member. I have the experience in leading a staff team of 250+ on a server with 80,000 members, giving me the knowledge and ability to effectively staff and move through the staff ranks on this server.
With my combined traits of integrity, selflessness, maturity, discipline, dedication, accountability, good judgement and years of experience I hope to soon join the Atomic Networks DarkRP Staff team and help keep the server great.
