Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. here in the clip u can see that he spawned a prop inside of spawn - which you are not so post to do because of the spawn protection barrier

then he decides to block one of the tunnels off with the prop which you aren't allowed to get through it there for he blocked off the tunnel from the inside of spawn.

He has past warning for prop blocking spawn before, so he knows its not allowed, he has countless warnings for his builds and fail rps, he argues with staff at every sit and afks the ones he knows he cant win.
Specifically with his fail bases, he will be told it is not allowed that being trap bases, no collide in a kos, kidnapping into and rp/building sign,
he then removes it and pastes a different one down, the next time he is on though he uses it again with no change.
His signs often blend in with their surroundings or are hidden.
He fails to follow simple rules such as nlr and kidnaps on repeat, again into bases that are not kos, will raid rp and a building signs just to kill certain players.
He has been told countless times and does the bare minimal to avoid a ban often not logging on for 2 weeks to let his warns expire.

For those who do not know he also went as tony baloniee for awhile and even tried to use an ai voice synthesizer to disguise himself.

An opinion of mine:
Perma him, he does not care for rules and harasses players, lies straight to staff faces saying he wont do it again only to do that 5 mins later, this is not only a repeat offender but is exploiting a bug to commit a class 5 he has been warned about before.

Player was already warned and punished for PropBlocking Spawn, he will not be receiving an Abusing an exploit warn, the law boards were able to be placed in spawn.​
