Which rule/rules was this player breaking? Witch hunting

I don't have any evidence because i wasn't recording at the time, but you can check the logs isn't it kind of weird that he only kidnapped me like 5 different times every 10 mins. Then he said that i could kill myself to get out of his jail thingy and then he goes behind my back and calls an admin and tells him that i fail rpd, so now I'm the guy that has the warning. He needs to have a warning for witch hunting because i would be mid conversation with someone and then i would just get kidnapped, its so not fair. Im just trying to run my fruit stand.

<No Evidence provided and I did a check on logs but it would not bring up cuffing or stun stick logs for this player. In future make ingame ticket for staff to handle in game if you do not have recordings as it is easier for online staff to investigate>
