Refund Request Denied

There is insufficient evidence to prove that the terrorist went for your printers intentionally as he was in a public area and killed everyone in the area and it was by accident that your printers were caught in the explosion. I can't accept this refund because there was no direct rule broken against you which you suffered a direct loss, or the server crashed.
