Add Roleplay Props Extended

I personally think that adding this would just overall better improve the user experience, it's only 47 mb but adds a bunch of unique props that allow for better customizing of base, bussiness, and more.

The models aren't included in the pack they are models from additional games like CS:S and TF2, so for the majority of users every prop in this pack would be an error.
