I honestly think you have promise for staff even with your age but you do have very recent warns and I think you should re-apply once you've been on the server longer and have a better grasp of how things work, If I see you make a new one after a few more days of playtime I'll be much more inclined to give it a +.
I would also like to note your available hours are desirable for what we need right now despite the downvote I think you could be useful for morning crew.
