In the F4 menu I feel there should be a staff section, players will able to make tickets in this area, see staff that are on duty, see how many are online, see how many are currently busy in a tickets, how many are ready to take tickets, see how many tickets there are, and have a 1+ 1- rep system in the staff menu so players could rate staff based on how they handled they're ticket. Ofc this would need a cooldown or some sort of buffer to keep people from spamming -1 on someone but i feel it would drive the staff team to do better.

Adding a rep system would create an incentive for staff to suck up to every single player they have a ticket with in a way that isn't genuine and feels weird. Me and Unknown also already have metrics to look at qualitative data like how you guys treat the players.
