Suggestion Name Printer Rack Freeze

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Make the printer rack freezable like one prints

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed It's annoying when the slightest bit of touch can flip it over or having friends mess around with it when it could just be frozen to stop them.
