Kidnap Addon since current kidnapping is ass

What this addon does is

1. Allow you to knock them out (this will allow ez transport)
2.Gagging stops them from typing

Other shit it can do

    Baton SWEP to knock out players
    Escape system from restraints
    Punishment system for disconnecting while restrained
    Surrender System (Define surrender key in config)
    Attatchment system (You can attatch restrained players to props/surfaces)
    Allows restraining and GravGun on knocked out players
    Inspection - Steal weapons and money from restrained players
    Blindfolding - Blinds players so they can't see
    Gagging - Gagged players can't chat or voice chat
    Dragging - Can only drag restrained players
    Can force players into and out from vehicles
    Restrained players are stripped off their weapons until unrestrained
    Restrained players hold their hands behind their back and has restrains around their wrists
    Restrained players can't spawn props, change jobs, enter or exit vehicles
    Includes Star Wars themed restrains and menus
    VCmod, Novacars, Simfphys, LFS and SCars support
    bLogs, mLogs, ezJobs and DConfig support
    Translation System, currently supports Chinese, English, French, German, Polish, Spanish, Slovak and Turkish

I'm 90% sure you can disable quite a bit of stuff in this

This would be really annoying to deal with. I understand that kidnapping is kinda ass right now. People can break out which prevents you from taking them where you want them. Maybe instead of this addon, just add stronger restraints that the kidnapper can buy using their own money. I know I would be angry if I was just playing with my friend and all of a sudden i'm instantly knocked out, can't do anything, and kidnapped.

Well, I've noticed a trend where DarkRP servers like securing proprietary addons. They might plan to make their own new system, already have a plan, or they much prefer the current over the suggested.
