Why do you want to be a part of the AtomicRP Staff Team? I am interested in becoming apart of the Staff team because I want to help my peers and superiors. I have seen that it can be overwhelming for the team when it’s low staff and high member participation. During my time in the military I’ve been able to understand time management and the utilization of resources, whether that would be people or tools. I would by first clearing tickets, community problem, and managing player interactions through discord or Rp situations. The community is amazing and I would love to make an impact on players, the staff, and even the owner. I know there is a lot or people who come into the server and ruining interactions. I want to remove all of the negativity from this server and make it a welcoming place for everyone to have fun and meet new people. Through outreach and community growth I want to invite and even welcome new comers and make them feel like this is home. I have witnessed RDM, RDA, FailRP, FailBase, Harresment, and Hate Speech and it really hurts the growth and integrity of our home.
Why should you be accepted onto the AtomicRP Staff Team? I believe I should be accepted onto the Staff Team because I have management skills, discipline, and mental stability. I handle stress very well due to my current job working with explosives and I am very calm in situations most would be unable to handle. During my time in the military professional skills are everything because of the nature of my job. I have read over the rules and hold myself to a high standard of keeping the community alive and positive . My main goal is to make sure everyone is having a good time, to make sure that everyone is being fair, and keeping positive energy that will welcome others by inviting players to stay.
