Which rule/rules was this player breaking? Fail Base and not in a party with the person he's basing with.

He also made edits to the base mid raid which is not ok, i might have video of some of this stuff but clipping it was difficult.
Also good to mention the person he is in a party with, is a moderator KNOK.

I have some video of me walking around the base.
I tried to raid previously and I killed joey, (not in party) and then he helps this other guy into the base using no collide to kill me. Also not in a party. When I called them out they quickly joined up in a party. I never saw KNOK once but I know he's inside the base due to prop ownership.
Optional: Any other comments? How is this sort of thing allowed?? I lost a lot of money raiding these fools, over 2 million. This was on Atomic 2.
