Printer ownership transfer

Not sure if it's possible, but make it so you could give someone full ownership of a printer to where you could leave the game and the printer stays in the server as the second person's printer. It'd really benefit printer sales since a person could just hold the printer for as long as they're on.

Can easily be exploited by making someone take ownership of your printers, you leave the server and rejoin so that you can spawn more and the process repeats

Suggestion Denied
Source games have a hard entity count of 8096 entities. With the amount of players that join AtomicRP1 and 2 in a given day, this suggestion is just outright not feasible.
