Suggestion Name Clarify the Hotel Manager Rules

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed A Section that clearly explains what a hotel manager can and can't do needs to be added

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed I have talked to many admins on the matter, and they have differing answers, and in addition to this the hotel manager job role has no rules tied with it except that both the manager and occupants can have 4 keypad doors. This has caused lots of confusion when I try to build a hotel, so it would be nice for us to know.

-1 I mean hotel manager rules are the exact same as any other basing rules I don’t think there has to be an explanation other then that the hotel counts as both of the roofs of the neighboring buildings because the hotel is the only entrance to the roofs
