Speedy Vape

Add a Speedy Vape that makes you run a bit faster, the longer you puff it the faster you run for a period of time (Just like how the helium vape works) Would add something new for the "Douchebag" class.. Would make it easier to get around the map quicker for certain jobs and just in general.

Price ranging should be 400k (Same as a armor vape) or more!

The name could be either "Speedy Vape" or "Quicky Vape" or "Sanic Vape".

Feel like players would enjoy this!
