Allow People in Jail to Bail Themselves out and in exchange make the price significantly higher

Overall this is more convenient, and it makes sense rp wise considering this is possible irl. I don’t think anyone like being forced to stop playing the game for 300s because you decided to play hitman,kidnapper,thief or any other criminal job for fun. But as mentioned in the title prehaps the bail price can be set higher so there can at least be some people willing to stay in jail instead of paying.

by changing the bail price I mean to only set it higher for those attempting to bail themselves out. Not the bail npc that is already sat outside of pd.
