Changes to Doctor

I was playing today and I just had some suggestions. I feel like doctors should be able to heal people with gang upgrades to 150HP, and possible sell armor?

Suggestion Denied
We don't want gang members to be able to get up to the 150 health after they have lost it, this is for PVP balancing reasons.
