Fines
> Give them say, a tablet / Command where they can write fines to people(they get profit from these) with a min and max amount, a cool down between fines, and random fines = 5 minute jail, Also to write warrants and other things. It doesn't have to be a tablet, it can just be a command though.
Bail NPC
> Give the PD a Bail NPC for people to bail others out and cops gain profit from this as well.
Make it so there is a min and max bail price.
DNA/Trace of Crime

Have ways to have some form of DNA or some form of evidence of a crime for people so that way cops can find out who did what and RP / Gain money from actually doing cop shit.
