Potential /911 change

The 911 feature is pretty useless if a location isn't specified within the request. Perhaps we could maybe put a little indicator on the HUD or a panel like hitman gets to make it so cops can locate where the call is coming from. Used to play on a server with a feature like this and it made playing cop and responding to 911 calls possible.

Yes, It would add a lot more to the rp aspect if they actually had to take 911 calls
