Stop deleting your staff applications

I've seen multiple people now delete their staff applications to resubmit another one to avoid controversy or to remove the -1s. Stop that, it doesn't help you. Everything is archived, and people don't have the memory of a goldfish.

i dont understand what do these people think to be honest. i see the same staff responding to staff applications over and over again. yes there is exceptions but mostly admins are responding to these people. this isn't gta 5 that the people forget about you if you go behind a corner.
