hello I think there should be syringes on the server I think the server should have some because it would make combat better. example: your raiding a base and he only peaks and shoots you once with a shotgun and runs with a syringe you could heal (duh) and get in the base but it should have a 10 second cool down to balance and this will make it fair for raiders and defenders
