He was blacklisted by a noob doing a vote in-game.
All because he asked noob to be unmuted from ooc (which noob did for no reason as well)

So all around noob abused his position per usual.

Hence why he was unblacklisted so fast.

If he was liked and respected across the community it wouldn't of happened.
In my opinion from my past experiences with Bullets in sits and out in the rp world I would say -1
(Although there is some good in Bullets but again in my opinion he is not ready for this high of a role in Atomic)
