As the title says there really should be a section to denote what exactly is a valid search reason for pd to raid. I actually have suggestions as to what it could say.
Valid reasons: 1. A member/owner of the base commited a crime(Mugged/Kidnapped/Killed/etc. someone in front of a police officer)
2. Printer's are clearly visible in their base. (Third person viewing or world glow viewing into the base is not allowed. However if you see through worldglow thats part of the base it is valid.)
3. Sounds of a printers occuring from said base such as warning from a one print or printers turning off/on. (Only valid if its the only base around.)
Not all of these could become a factor on a valid reason and of course there could be more but as to what punishment for fail raiding as a police officer should be is fail rp during raid of course. But with no real way of knowing what is yet there shouldn't be punishment for a first time offense until this rule section is updated.
