Theres a lot of bases i feel as if get away with a lot of murder on the fact they block off sewers/tunnels/sidewalks/entire bases that are 2/3 hotel rooms in 1 but they count as one being blocked off, so im now looking in game and its hard as hell to see the exact areas and im finding that theres a few areas that mods are saying are fine to build in but looking at the map its red and ive been dinked for it and given a verbal for building in some of these areas. So where is the cut off, i get hobos being able to build where ever but a thief shouldnt have a house over the ocean...? I feel like that should be a rule... that it should be in a base/near one/around one/ Not just slapped in the middle of the map....
Can I get a full size picture of the map with restricted zones?
