+1 I agree that younger moderators do seem to tend to have more issues with the community than older/More experienced ones. Maybe have stricter mod requirements, have all tmod sits overwatched by a higher admin, and keep the tmod rank for a longer period of time.
The age requirement is 15 because there are not many people with the time on their hands to moderate over the server. and most players are around that age.

40% of staff team are 15- 18years old, it would cut our team a lot and it isn't a issue with lack of maturity and more lack of experience. Which they will gain from being a TMOD

Seriously, if it came down to our staff being 18+, half of our staff team would be gone, including some good staff members.
