Global Server Coinflip

Add a check option that says "global coin flip" so all 5 servers can see it, I don’t see any cons(not sure technicality wise), only good thing about it is you can do a cf faster without possibly adverting one

This would be a database nightmare, not to mention the opportunity cost that would come with having to throw off other projects to work on this.
