From my experience on this server most players who are new to the server and play as the Government jobs MRDM or Killing/arresting without a good reason. I think that if there was a 6–12 hours play time requirement for the government jobs this would help reduce issues with the government breaking the rules all the time. I feel like if they invest at least a few hours on the server then they would plan on staying with the server. Hopefully by then they would understand the server rules and basic laws. If anyone can think of a better way to fix these issues, I would love to hear them and maybe your ideas could help fix this issue I see.
