So its not a huge one to discuss its mostly related to doritos and sewer grimlens. Since these two jobs have a constant kos target on their back expecting them to follow nlr about killing is borderline asinine. They have to expect to die every second to their opposite so making them think oh fuck did that person kill me three minutes ago? Is not a question they are gonna be thinking when they know their opponent will murder them for being within sight. Mug/kidnapping and base raiding nlr should still be followed of course but I don't believe killing nlr should be a real factor for these jobs.
