Give Swat Sniper a Battering Ram

It seems that even though all the other swat members have a battering ram, The Swat Sniper does not. Without a battering ram he cannot assist to his full potential in a called in raid by the PD on a base since he cannot enter the base, and if he does; he could get stuck.

"Swat Sniper" implies they are supposed to stay back and assist by killing the base defenders with a sniper

Walter he can't even assist if he can't shoot the defenders that are INSIDE the base, and also his class attributes quite literally say he can raid.

Also what is he supposed to do if all the raiding cops die, Just leave and give up? His attributes say he should be able to raid, and without the battering ram, he's much weaker than all the other swat members (Other than he has a sniper)
